Hey! I'm Esha ツ. I'm a CS student at Columbia University dedicated to building AI solutions for humanity. I recently finished my PM internship at Microsoft Digital, where I worked on agentic evaluations and a cloud migration tool.

Building things came naturally to me but figuring out how to grow them didn't. So last year I took 6 months off school to see how two companies scale up close: 3 months at Retro, 3 months at Paradigm. Now I'm bringing my background in building and marketing into product management.

Outside of work, you'll find me working on my at-home jasmine tea brewing setup ☕︎, hiking the mountains of the Southern Bay ᨒ, or jamming to Daniel Caesar ♫.
